Are your pills brand-name medicines?

No, all the medications we offer on this site are generic only. The pills are not a version, copy or counterfeit
of any patented product.

What's the difference between a generic and brand-name drug?
Not much, except for name and price. A generic
drug is called by its chemical name; a manufacturer assigns a brand name. The products have the same ingredients.
Standard
practice and most state laws require that a generic drug be generically equivalent to its brand-name counterpart. That is,
it must have the same active ingredients, strength, and dosage form - pill, liquid, or injection. The generic drug also must
be therapeutically equivalent - it must be the same chemically and have the same medical effect.

Why are generic medicines so cheap?
The principal reason for the reduced cost
of generic medicines is that these are manufactured by pharmaceutical companies, often located in India, which do not invest
in research and development into new drugs, they only copy the designs of existing drugs. These companies also do not pay
for television or radio advertising; the drugs they are selling have been on the market for usually a decade or more and do
not need additional advertising.

Why do the pills I've received from you look different from the brand name ones in shape and in color? The name
printed on the pills is also not the branded one.
To produce the generic medicines we use exactly
the same active ingredients as the brand companies. However, the manufacturers of generic drugs are not allowed to use the
brand names as in this case they will be accused of product copyright infringement. The appearance of the medications
should also be treated as the intellectual property of the brand manufacturer thus we had to change the shape and the color
of the generic pills as well.

Are the pills you sell FDA approved?
The medications are manufactured in India
by an Indian state licensed, Indian FDA approved company. Each of the products have been issued with a Certificate of Analysis
obtained from the manufacturer's laboratory and fully adheres to the Indian law.

Do I need to have a prescription from a doctor to purchase from you?
No, we do not require any prescription for
placing an order with us. However, we strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before ordering to be sure that you can
actually take your desired medications.

Where do the pills come from?
The pills are produced and shipped directly from India.

How do you send orders? What kind of packages do you use?
Orders are sent in discreet packages that
look like ordinary mail. You will have to sign for the receipt of the package. Your anonymity is our primary concern: we never
specify the content of the envelope. Nobody will ever know what is in there until the envelope is opened. Large orders may
need to be divided into portions and sent in several envelopes. All products are sent in their original blister proof packaging
direct from the supplier. Manufacture and expiry dates are also printed on the products.
